The Process: If you wanted to make a cellular phone (for example), would you write out how to do it? Or would you use visual aids, diagrams, flowcharts and so on? Of course you would! The question is, why don't we approach social problems in the same way? Well, we should. Our Community Dialogues use a structured brainstorming process, which is one of the tools we teach communities to use in their efforts to transform their sports culture and programs.
